When I think....

I might be planning, fantasizing,

rehearsing, analyzing, comparing,

resenting, fearing, controlling,

obsessing................

 

When I AM Thought,

I am at peace,

present,

allowing myself to be guided....

told all I need to know,

what to do, say and where to go.

 

 

Do I wish to "think" or Be Thought?
