Shoulds And Shouldn'ts

You shouldn't have done that!
Really? Is that true?
It happened. Couldn't have been different.
How do I know?
Because for ANY action in the world to take place,
your thought motivates it,
and habit perpetuates it.
Regret is useless.
Shame is pointless.
Guilt is baseless.
If we want to do differently today,
we heal the thought that drives the behavior.
But, accept that you did what you thought best for you in that moment.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Accept, forgive yourself and ask for healing from Within.
